standard symbols and signs

i love the usual classic signs.they r very simple, staright, and clear.and in most of them u can directly get the message from the pisture without reading what is under it.and w realize how only two colors are used in order not to distract the viewers from focusing on the message to be sent; and shapes are basic forms like mostly circles and squares.these signs are eveywhere in the world…no matter what language u speak or what culture or environment u live in, u will understand these signs.

however, these american sybols and signs have different shapes and colors.but still the contrast in color is appealing and not disctarting to let us get the message directly.
